Outdoor home remodeling and gardening can be done the frugal way if you know where to shop. Check the prices of what you need and buy it when it's the lowest. Typically winter time when it's first set up or in the fall when the picking is slim. Check online for bulk deals on your flowers and vegetables.
The month of March might be an expensive one, but if done right it can be the most enjoyable.
